Brian Fallon, lead singer of the recently on hiatus The Gaslight Anthem, brought his new touring outfit The Crowes to Toronto’s Opera House on Sunday night. Playing from his just released record ‘Painkillers’ he wow’d a sold out crowd with a stellar set. Fallon drew mostly from the new record, although he also played several songs from his previous record as The Horrible Crowes, and a great cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Atlantic City.” Opening the night were solo artists Jared Hart and Austin Plaine, who both performed great sets to help warm up the crowd.
