Last summer, Lil Wayne threw a huge concert-slash-block party in his home town of New Orleans and called it “Lil Weezyana Fest” (a clever spin on “Lil Weezy” and “Louisiana” -he’s not just a pretty face.) Yesterday the rapper and former jailbird announced that Lil Weezyana Fest will return this year for another face melting party in the streets of New Orleans. Scheduled for August 27th, the fest will take place at Champion Square and feature his Collegrove partner 2Chainz and “guests”. Based on last year’s attendance, we can only assume Drake will return for another year of Weezyana fun, and we’re eager to learn who else will join Wayne on stage in the Louisiana heat.
