Levi’s has definitely struck gold with their successful Commuter Series, which enters its third season with their workwear-inspired cycling apparel for Fall/Winter 2012. The key selling feature of the Commuter, other than the cool cuts and silhouettes was the reenforced thigh-area which is designed to withstand wear and keep you dry.  The new collection features a Work Shirt with 3XDRY Technology, a Trucker Jacket with reflective 3M Scotchlite patches and NanoSphere treatment to maximize water and dirt repellancy, as well as two pairs of Commuter 511 trousers: a denim pant, and a khaki chino with NanoSphere treatment and an integrated u-lock holster.  Look for the Commuter series from Levi’s to be available at stockists by the end of the summer.
