Kanye West recently filed paperwork to launch Donda Cosmetics – a line of perfumes, lotions, makeup, and other cosmetic products, according to TMZ.
Donda, of course, is an homage to his mother who passed away in 2007. It’s also the name of his larger creative content company.
Kanye’s foray into beauty products will put him in direct competition with his wife and sisters-in-law. Kim, Kourtney and Khloe co-own an extensive line of haircare products, while every item from Kylie’s eponymous cosmetics empire, Kylie Cosmetics, sells out within minutes.
