We’re literally counting down the days till HBO’s GIRLS second season starts so naturally we kind of freaked out when we saw these new Deborah Lippmann collaborative colours, tailored to Hannah, Marnie, Shoshanna, and Jessa.
Naturally, Hannah’s colour is a confident muted mossy green called Hapless Hunter Green, while Marnie’s is a traditional light pink called Prim And Proper Pink, a playful periwinkle purple for Shoshanna called Virtuous Vivid Violet, and of course Jessa get’s the sexiest colour of all, a rich red called Bohemian Burgundy.
Lena Dunham had this to say about the collection:
“Deborah Lippmann’s colors are irreverent and classy and I’ve always coveted them (and stolen them from my mother), so who better to embody the GIRLS’ spirit in polish form,” said Lena. “I’ve been wearing Hannah like it’s going out of style.”
The four polishes are already available for pre-order for $45 and will ship out just two days after the first episode of season 2 airs on January 13th. Exciting!
