Sidewalk Hustle

Kar­lie Kloss trashes cou­ture in Vogue Korea this month! I find the Ombre coloured hair mixed with Chanel Haute Cou­ture, Armani Prive, and Valentino slightly unset­tling as it drags across the rusted bath­tub and shrap­nel cov­ered floors. But damn, those poor (pos­si­bly snagged) dresses look so hip unrav­el­ling through lens of pho­tog­ra­pher Rafael Sta­he­lin and styl­ist Ye Young Kim.

The edi­to­r­ial is enti­tled “Trash Cou­ture”, which is the per­fect way to describe the high low blend of style. There seems to be some­thing calm­ing about fab­u­lously expen­sive cloth­ing with rus­tic backgrounds.
