This week in our cocktail hour series we’re sharing the method behind one of our favourite go-to Bourbon-based cocktails, the Paper Plane. This is not a classic cocktail by any means but it is one of the easiest recipes to remember, due to its equal parts method. It’s also easy to order at pretty much any bar; even the most inexperienced of bartender should be able to make this drink for you, so long as they have Amaro Nonino on hand.

Even better, you can make it at home so easily once you have the ingredients. Really, the only fresh ingredients you need to create this drink is lemon juice, which most people tend to have on hand in their home.

Check out the method below and mix one up tonight!
