Hot on the heels of their latest collaboration with Vetements revealed back in July, Canada Goose continues to make strides into the world of high fashion collaborating with beloved NYC brand Opening Ceremony. Unveiled at New York Fashion Week last night, Opening Ceremony presented their Pageant Of The People hosted by Portlandia’s Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein. Stars in attendance for the presentation included Rashida Jones, Rosario Dawson, Whoopi Goldbergand Orange is the New Black’s Natasha Lyonne as well as other female comedians and actresses.

Opening Ceremony’s first ever in-season presentation showcased two rather luxurious pieces from their collaboration with Canada Goose: a silk paisley Langford Parka and the black Chilliwack Bomber. Balancing glamourous touches with practical appeal, the collection will feature coordinating paisley silk color-coordinating interiors and demure branding.

A statement from the press release explains a little more about their collaboration:

“United by a shared passion for travel and exploration, Canada Goose and Opening Ceremony collaborated to create a collection that conveys their joint principles of inspiring adventure and individuality. Stunningly vibrant and rooted in function, the collection lives in a realm beyond fashion.”

In addition to the two styles presented in the pagent, the Chilliwack will also be available in silk Paisley, Purple Chestnut and Dark Sage colourways, while the Langford will be available in Anchor Blue, Dark Sage and Black starting in November.

Check out the collection below now and find it at Opening Ceremony locations in New York, Los Angeles, and Tokyo, as well as at Canada Goose’s first ever bricks and mortar locations opening in Toronto and New York this fall.
