It’s pretty clear that nothing can hold back Dev Hynes. After watching his new video for “Time Will Tell”, which captures him dancing, running, and musing around a studio energetically in New York, and releasing one of the best albums so far to date earlier this week (dropping in North America on November 18th), we just can’t get enough of Mr. Blood Orange.
“Time Will Tell” is the closing track from Cupid Deluxe which is his second album under the name Blood Orange. The song was recorded in one take that lasted about 15 minutes and combines “Champagne Coast” off his first album Coastal Grooves and a song by Kindness’s Adam Bainbridge.
