After a night of heavy drinking, I’m sure everyone is planted on their respective sofas right now eating candy and drinking Gatorade in hopes of remedying a killer hang over.
Here are a few stylish seats (and a bed too if you’re really messed up still..) to get you settled. Chaircouture takes fine antique furniture and reupholsters them with custom designed textiles to give them a facelift. Their new line, Green, incorporates French Antiques and bold modern textiles that are inspired by nature. Each fabric is custom designed by Chaircouture specially for the particular piece of furniture and therefore each piece stands alone as truly one of a kind.
Meet Joy and Joy (above), a pair of slipper chairs circa 1890 upholstered in chartreuse and yellow flecked fabric to compliment their original gilt patina.
The pair of elaborately carved French Bergères chairs below, aptly named David and Edward from the 1900’s are upholstered in a gorgeous fresh grass pattern.
The luscious looking 1930’s bed below it, named Marianne, is truly French Country both in design and in the lovely dandelion field pattern it’s upholstered with.
Classic, modern, yet playful: Chaircouture!
