Hold onto your socks! September 9th is fast approaching and Arcade Fire continue to tease us with snippets about their album release! Though we don’t know what’s going to happen at 9pm on the 9th, they’ve just released a teaser video featuring dramatic scenes of the band performing or recording somewhere on the water it looks like.
