Yesterday we were thrilled to join in celebrating the launch of Ann Taylor‘s first ever Canadian shop, situated in the Toronto Eaton Centre. Marking their first location outside of the US since their inception back in 1954, the brand stayed true to its classic roots with tastefully simplistic, yet elegant, displays of cozy sweaters, prim suits, to-die-for shoes, and the perfect accessories to match.
Targeting a somewhat older, more traditional demographic, monochromatic animal prints on everything from jeans to shoes to scarves and playful bows kept the look youthful. Must have items we spotted (shown below) from the current collection were belted leather trimmed camel ponchos, a leather animal print envelope clutch, nearly all the silk twill scarves, and one heck of a pair of grey and blue animal print cigarette pants.
