Riding on the success of her 2015 hit “Here,” breakout Canadian pop singer Alessia Cara can lock in 2016 as one of the best years ever for her career. The twenty year old singer has shared a new music video for her track “Seventeen,” a Lorde-esque bop with lyrics yearning to stay seventeen forever.
In the video, Cara goes through phases of her life on the seat of a bus, starting out as a shy young teen, to a Grammy-award winner, and all stages of motherhood. Cara dropped a note for her fans upon release stating, “Hope it’ll remind u to enjoy all the little moments in life, especially this time of year.”
