The Samba was originally released way back in 1950 as an indoor soccer shoe, and now the classic silhouette has undergone some design upgrades and is being reintroduced by adidas as a skateboard shoe. Keeping a skateboarder’s needs of comfort and stability at the forefront, the Samba ADV features a suede and leather upper in a stylish burgundy colour, a responsive internal mesh bootie, moulded heel clip for increased support, moulded sockliner for impact cushioning, a herringbone directional tread for precision grip and control and a classic cupsole.

The adidas Skateboarding Samba ADV Burgundy will be available at specialty adidas retailers as well as the adidas Skateboarding website beginning on January 1 for a price of $75 (USD).
