What interesting times we live in when it’s a big deal for a cola beverage company chooses to do a limited run using REAL sugar? I suppose we as health conscious consumers enjoy the nostalgic reminder of simpler times, when our teeth were actually rotting away from sugar, and not high frutose corn syrup. Well big shout out to Pepsi who is releasing a limited edition line of Pepsi that is made with real cane sugar. I am actually looking forward to trying this because I am wondering if there is a difference in taste. Have you ever noticed that some soda pops taste better foreign countries? My Aussie cohorts know what I am talking about. Well starting December 28th Pepsi and Mountain Dew Throwback will be available for 8 weeks with the same formula and natural sugar. Hurray! All you pop connoisseurs better get ready to stock up!
